His strong vision and zeal to reach new heights in his diversification has resulted in starting software development and Japanese Bilingual Resource training centre business in the year 2007. Today, at the forefront of an organization pioneering new-age venture management, leads as he always has - by example.
Mr. Vinod Parihar, Founder Director, Business Development & Sales
Mr. Vinod is an Arts Graduate and later on specialized in business Japanese language, from Vishwa Bharati University ( Santiniketan ) and from Delhi University. He has over 17 years of experience in Business development and Sales in various industries such as Automobile, Information Technology and Business Process outsourcing etc. Prior to starting Roor Technologies, he had worked in senior positions and managed various Japanese account in companies like HCL Technologies, Technofast Consulting Solutions, Nucleus Software, Honda Motorcycles & Scooters India Ltd. Etc. He has vast experience in the field of selling Banking application, enterprise solutions like ERP, CRM, SCM and heads the business development function of the company. His rich work experience with Japanese people helps him in concept selling and understanding requirements of Japanese clients which provides a rock-solid foundation to the marketing functions of RoorTech. His past assignment includes selling core banking solutions to Japanese banks, ERP applications to Automobile companies etc.
Mr. Ambuj Sharma, Founder Director Technology
Mr. Ambuj, a multifaceted man of ideas, heads Technology Practice of Roor Technology. Moulded as an entrepreneur, he started his career by venturing into auto component designing for Honda Car India in the year 1993. And later transformed himself to a director of a company which provides CAD/CAM/CAE services to various clients all over the glove including Japanese clients. He has lots of credits on his outstanding achievements in his 16 years of experience in Software Development in specialized areas like Product design Planning, Product Testing (Automobile) etc. His greatest strength is his ability to see the wider technology picture on Product design and development applied to tomorrow’s business process and understanding the impact of new technologies. His work in R & D for product design is equally extensive. His zest for technological perfection keeps Roortech’s innovation team on its toes and ensures that Roor technology always offers the best solutions to customers.
Mr. Noboru Hashimoto, Japan Advisor
Mr. Noboru Hashimoto has over 10 years of experience in IT Software & Media Industry. After his stint as Director in InfoTech corp. in 1996 he worked with many companies at very senior positions as Director and CEO (Japan). Before joining us as our Japan Advisor, he was working as the CEO of Tamagawa Electric (Jasdaq: 6838) till June 2009. His deep rooted interest in India and his knowledge about growing Indian IT market have given us the confidence to handover him our Japan sales and client relationship responsibilities.
